During the London 2012 Olympics, 85% of “games waste” is expected to come solely from the catering industry feeding visitors whilst at the international event.

Branded reusable utensils made of starch-based biodegradable Polylactide polymer, provides visitors with collectable merchandise. The versatile structured tray uses FSC certified card in the five Olympic colours, with an integrated cup holder, allowing the user a “free hand” whilst they eat. The manufacturing chain utilises local production, local distribution, and local consumption: made in east London, for east London.
